We love the traditions of Persian wedding. The elaborate lushness of the Sofreh with its important symbolism, the way that every family member is included in the marriage ceremony, and the feeding of honey to each other - a ritual to signify that from now on, the bride & groom will provide each other with sweetness and sustenance in their lives together.
We also love all the dancing! There is the Persian knife dance before the cutting of the cake, the money dance, and the traditional belly dancing as entertainment. Lots of movement and events at the reception creates so many opportunities for great photography; we love capturing all the energy!
